This is my eye, drawn in the evening under a 150 watt bulb. I set up two mirrors so I could get this viewpoint, and although it took a lot of shifting about and moving around of the mirrors, it was worth the hassle.

This drawing was well out to begin with, but I applied the lessons of my Van Dyck copy and kept correcting until I got it right, or at least somewhere near. I don't think it turned out too bad, apart from the messy hatching.
