Still life drawing number forty-two - Bowl and Teaspoon

Charcoal and white conte

This one was a study in lost edges. In places I drew right across the edge of the bowl and into the background, to see how much of the edge I could lose without losing the three dimensional form of the bowl.

Quite a bit, apparently.
