You’re registered for the Monday 13th Live session on painting from the inside out

I’ll send you an email reminder tomorrow a little while before the live session. And after we’re done, I’ll send you a link to the replay so even if you don’t make it, no worries – you’ll still get to see the paintings happen.

Materials

Here’s an idea of materials, if you want to paint along:

Panel: Ampersand Gessobotd 10 x 8 – but any panel will do.

Brushes: Honestly I’ll be choosing this on the day! I need ot let myself be guided by the developing paintings in real time in order to do this properly for you – it’s not going to be rehearsed, since that would dfeat the object.

But it’s likely I’ll be using spatulas 🙂

Paints:

• White (lead or titanium)
• Raw Umber
• Ivory black

I’ll also be using some other colours to give the wipe out start a little interest right from the word go – probably tansparent pigments like phthalo blue, phthalo green, quinacridone magenta, green gold, transparent red oxide.

Medium: Linseed oil and a little solvent.
