    Hi Paul,
I stumbled across your site today. I’ve been OBSESSED with watching tutorials on drawing and painting over the past 7 years. Same with note taking. I spent 90% of the time doing that day after day, and the other %10 actual “doing”.
And I don’t think I really was able to use any of that info i tried to learn. I mean i just wasn’t thinking of that when I am emmersed in the painting/drawing.
Besides, I feel it just frustrates me to think that I am not using the info. The more I read of watch, the more frustrated simply because I ignore it eventually. I’m too overwhelmed as it is striving to get values right and manipulating my work back and forth, continually redoing things. That’s more than enough in itself.
So…….from that information about me, do you think i already “know” enough to not ever look at those tutorials, etc again? Of course, I know the basics which seem to be something I wouldn’t forget about (color wheel, direction of light, adding next color up the wheel instead of using pure white etc)
    Pat
